Consent to personal data processing

(the Consent)

The User, acting voluntarily, freely and in their own interests, gives specific, explicit, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to personal data processing under the Privacy Policy and this Consent, in accordance with the Russian Constitution, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other Russian laws and regulations, to protect human and civil rights and freedoms, privacy and personal and family confidentiality when processing personal data through the Operator's Resources at the following permanent URLs: https://leingpt.ru, https://leingpt.com, https://lein.su, https://t.me/LeinVirtBot, https://t.me/LeinVirtMBot , https://t.me/LeingptBot on the terms below.

1. Purposes of personal data processing:

⎯ identifying the payer and payment; 

⎯ communication and providing information;

⎯conducting statistical and other research using anonymized data, providing secure and convenient website features, displaying information effectively, exercising and/or performing functions, powers and duties imposed on the Operator by Russian law, and fulfilling other obligations. 

2. Personal data processed:

- email address;

- name of the user Telegram;

- Telegram ID.

3. The Operator does not process personal data authorized for dissemination, biometric data or special categories concerning race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, intimate life or criminal convictions.

4. Actions covered by this consent and the Operator's processing methods: non-automated processing with receipt and/or transmission over the Internet, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage in Russia until the legal grounds cease and for statutory retention periods, transfer (provision or access), updating or amendment, retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Consent is given by pressing “I have read and consent to the processing of my personal data” in the special form on the Operator's Resource. This action has the legal effect of written consent for both Parties.

6. Consent is withdrawn by sending the Operator an electronic document at the email address: LeinUp@yandex.ru, with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing” and a request to stop processing.

7. Processing period: from the date consent is given until it is withdrawn. Otherwise, the period is determined by achievement of the purposes for which the data was collected, unless Russian law prescribes another period. User data is retained for the periods required by Russian law.

8. Grounds for ending processing and destroying data: achievement of the purposes, withdrawal or expiry of consent, discovery of unlawful processing, or liquidation or reorganization of the Operator. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data, or ensures those actions, within 30 (thirty) calendar days of any such ground arising.

9. Destruction methods: electronic data is erased and/or its storage medium formatted; documents and other physical media are destroyed by burning, shredding or crushing, or chemical decomposition. 

10. Following destruction, the Operator prepares a destruction report and/or generates and retains an export from the event log of the information system, such as accounting or HR software, the corporate website, another similar program or another data collection and storage source.

11. By giving this Consent, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and their rights and obligations concerning personal data, understand all resulting legal consequences, and agree that the Operator may process their data under the Privacy Policy and this Consent.
